What I love about this map, is that at first glance it looks like it's the entire United States...a nice cohesive block.
I'd like to hear more about how these states were chosen.
In the 12 states that were left off this list, Obama beat McCain 61% to 38% in 2008.
In these 38 states, the vote was 50% McCain, 49% Obama.
